Project 365 - Week Eleven

Week Eleven was so scary and panicky.  Xavier got a 1.5cm open laceration on the cheek of his right foot...pinched by a fallen tv.  Yes, a fallen tv!  I can feel some of your eyes are widen.  But he's okay and safe.  Praise the Lord for that.  We brought him to Columbia Asia hospital and they had to stitch the opening with a gluestitch because he was still too small for a normal stitching.

At first, he was wailing his lungs off during the stitching of course.  But the next few dressing sessions were okay.  He seemed to like the nurses there, especially the one in the picture.  Her name is Agnes and she was so kind,  friendly, and helpful.

We went to Cafe Miri for dinner after that and we each enjoyed our meal:)

Notice that I scribbled on a couple of the photos.  I used my newly bought Sharpie's marker pens.  They are kind to photo papers.

Agnes finishing up the dressing.

If you look closely you will be able to see that the letterings are glued to the outside of the photo sleeve instead of on the patterned paper inside the sleeve.  I did this just to create a unique touch to the page.  It's kinda refreshing to have something new and different.

Let's see what I can come up with in Week Twelve.

See ya ;)
